Sigh. Finally I'm able to be online for more than 1 hour after 2 weeks!!! And that is, for me to specially wake up at 5.30 a.m., just to try and see if the internet is working. Pathetic, eh? STREAMYX, oh STREAMYX... please do yourself justice!! I'm sure there are a lot of dissatisfied customers like me out there. When Streamyx is the topic of my conversations with friends, I will definitely expect complaints that the service is really LOUSY. I didn't mean to scrutinize your service. I really would love to know the reason behind this frequent failure of service. I bet all of us consumers would appreciate it if we were informed of the interruption of the service in our area. Yes, maybe we are home users and so we are not so important to you, but puh-leeezz.... if we subscribe to Streamyx, it only means that we need to use it, no matter if it's in the day time or night time. I'm not hoping to wake up as early as this just to blog or surf or simply chatting with friends. NO WAY. So please do something!! Sending us a notice like the above would be good enough for us, at least we know when we are able to get online and plan beforehand so that we can get our work done. STOP doing unnecessary PROMOTION if there are so frequent service failures!! |
